RTM61HF100E is a 60-inch ultra-large flow security filter cartridge of LEFILTER RTM series. Different from conventional 40-inch filter elements, this 1524mm long body greatly increases effective filtration area and pollutant carrying capacity, making it the preferred filter for large-volume water treatment systems. It adopts 6-inch large outer diameter, single open-end and inside-to-outside radial filtration structure. The filter media is high-purity gradient polypropylene with uniform pleat distribution and stable filtration precision. All connections adopt hot-melt welding process without adhesive, avoiding secondary water pollution. The reinforced polypropylene end cap and integrated lifting handle ensure stable structural strength and fast replacement. Standard EPDM seal is equipped, with silicone, FKM and Buna-N optional for various complex working conditions. It is specially designed for large-flow, high-load industrial water pretreatment.
Working Principle
RTM61HF100E high flow filter cartridge operates based on inside-to-outside depth filtration principle. Raw water enters the inner cavity from the top open end and flows radially outward through multi-layer gradient PP pleated media. Large particles such as sediment and rust are intercepted by the inner coarse layers, while fine suspended solids and colloids are deeply trapped by the outer dense filter layers. The ultra-long filtration path evenly distributes water flow, avoids local blockage, and effectively slows down differential pressure rise. The fully sealed structure prevents unfiltered liquid bypass, ensuring continuous and stable 10μm filtration efficiency. All contaminants are locked inside the cartridge, realizing safe and convenient replacement.
