It adopts 6-inch large outer diameter, single open-end and inside-to-outside radial filtration structure. The entire filter body is made of high-purity polypropylene material with gradient pleated design, providing excellent dirt holding capacity and stable flow rate. All connections adopt thermal hot-melt welding process without glue, avoiding secondary water pollution. The end cap and integrated lifting handle are made of reinforced polypropylene with high mechanical strength. Standard EPDM O-ring ensures reliable sealing performance, while silicone and FKM seals are optional for special working conditions. With high flow rate, long service life and easy maintenance, this filter cartridge is the most commonly used standard precision filter element for industrial large-scale water pretreatment systems.
Working Principle RTM41HF100E high flow filter cartridge applies mature inside-to-outside filtration principle. Raw water enters the inner cavity from the top open end and flows radially outward through multi-layer gradient PP pleated media. The uniform pleat structure optimizes water flow distribution, effectively prevents local blockage and slows down differential pressure rise.
