RTM41HF200E belongs to LEFILTER RTM series coreless high flow security filter cartridges. It adopts standard 40-inch length, 6-inch large outer diameter and single open-end inside-to-outside filtration structure. The filter media is made of high-purity gradient polypropylene with optimized open pleat design, which ensures large dirt holding capacity and unobstructed water flow, not easy to block under high turbidity water conditions. All welding positions adopt hot-melt integrated molding process without adhesive, completely avoiding secondary pollution. The end cap and integrated lifting handle are made of reinforced polypropylene with strong structural stability. Standard EPDM sealing ring ensures tight sealing, and silicone, FKM and Buna-N sealing materials are optional for different corrosive working environments. This filter cartridge is the ideal primary coarse filtration element for large-scale industrial water pretreatment systems.
Working Principle
RTM41HF200E high flow filter cartridge follows the inside-to-outside radial filtration principle. Raw water with high impurity content enters the inner hollow cavity from the top opening and flows outward through multi-layer gradient PP pleated layers. Large particle impurities such as sediment, rust scale and coarse suspended solids are intercepted on the inner and middle pleat layers. Fine impurities are further filtered through depth filtration. The optimized open pleat structure avoids flow congestion and local clogging, maintaining stable high flow operation for a long time. The precision sealing structure prevents liquid bypass, ensuring stable 20μm interception effect. All trapped contaminants are stored inside the cartridge, realizing fast and pollution-free replacement.
