Working Principle
When the water enters from the inlet and enters the coarse screen from the outside to the inside (the coarse screen is set according to the water quality), the coarser impurities are filtered and then enter the fine screen, the smaller impurities are stopped at the inner wall of the fine filter, the filtered clean water flows out from the outlet, in the filtering process, the fine screen gradually accumulates the dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filtering impurity layer, as the impurity layer accumulates on the inner side of the fine screen, when the inner wall of the filter cartridge When the impurities accumulate more and more, a pressure difference is formed between the inner and outer sides of the fine screen.
Suction self-cleaning filter import and export pressure difference reaches a preset value or reaches the cleaning time or manual pre-set, the filter will start the self-cleaning process, during which the clean water supply does not flow, the whole self-cleaning process contains two steps: the cleaning valve opens, the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and the suction dirt absorber drops significantly, through the pressure difference between the filter cartridge and the suction pipe, a suction force is generated between the suction pipe and the cleaning chamber through the suction nozzle, forming a The impurities inside the filter screen of the suction process are sucked in by the suction scanner and discharged through the sewage valve. At the same time, the external bi-directional motor drives the sucking scanner to make a spiral scanning motion. The combination of the axial motion of the sucking scanner and the rotating motion cleans the entire inner surface of the screen completely. The whole rinsing process takes only tens of seconds, and the drain valve closes at the end of cleaning.
Cleaning method: The backwashing method of the filter is motor-driven and nozzle-sucking. The motor of the reducer drives the dirt sucker and the nozzle to rotate, and the nozzle sucks the inner wall of the fine screen to complete the dirt suction. The filter starts to prepare for the next flushing cycle. The whole operation process of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by an intelligent control box equipped with the filter. The control mode can be selected from differential pressure, time, manual and PLC control.
