Key Components
Sintered metal filter cartridges are designed with a robust structure to ensure high mechanical strength and reliable filtration performance under demanding operating conditions. Depending on the application and installation requirements, the filter cartridge can be manufactured in different structural designs.
The integrated structure is manufactured as a single-piece filter element, which provides higher structural strength and better sealing performance. It is commonly used in applications requiring high pressure resistance and long service life. Main components include: Welded flange, Flat filter pipe (sintered filter media), Perforated support core, Connect ring, End cup and positioning stick
For applications requiring longer filter elements or easier transportation and installation, the cartridge can be designed as a two-section connected structure. The two filter sections are connected through a threaded connection ring, ensuring reliable assembly while maintaining filtration performance. This design is particularly suitable for large filtration systems or long filter housings.
Both structures can be customized according to the required length, filtration accuracy, operating pressure, and connection type.
Sintered metal filter cartridges are available with a variety of end connection types to ensure compatibility with different filtration systems and filter housings. Standard options include MNPT, FNPT, 222, 226, and DOE connections, which are widely used in industrial filtration equipment.
