Unlike fine and medium precision filter cartridges, the 100μm model adopts ultra-wide gap pleated polypropylene media, which prioritizes maximum flow capacity and resistance against heavy coarse particle pollution. The whole filter element is manufactured with 100% virgin polypropylene material and glue-free thermal fusion welding technology, no adhesive added, so there will be no chemical dissolution or secondary contamination. The 115mm large diameter expands the effective filtration area significantly. Single cartridge flow capacity is far superior to conventional small diameter filter elements.
