DuPont Memcor L10n Ultrafiltration Membrane Module Analogue Substitute Products
Introduction:Ultrafiltration (UF) membranes are used in a water purification process to remove suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants from water. They utilize a semi-permeable membrane with very fine pores (typically 0.01 to 0.1 microns) to separate these particles from the water. The process relies on pressure to force water through the membrane, leaving the larger contaminants behind.

General Information
TFL10NP is as the direct analogue to DuPont MEMCOR L10N Ultrafiltration Membrane Module.
TaFlux COR series ultrafiltration (UF) membrane module TFL10NP is a pressurized integrated module, which is designed and manufactured for the filtration of surface water, potable water, seawater and industrial wastewater. These UF modules are made of upgraded new generation TIPS (thermally induced phase separation) PVDF hollow fibers with high tensile strength and extra permeability.
TFL10NP is applied in new systems, as well as directly connected to existing UF systems as replacements, providing high-quality filtrate by removing suspended solids, colloids, pyrogens, bacteria, viruses and other impurities to protect downstream processes.
Features
Outside-to-inside flow direction
New generation PVDF hollow fiber
Nominal pore size of 0.04 μm
