Hollow Fiber UF Membrane X-Flow R-30 Microfiltration Membrane

Introduction:Ultrafiltration (UF) membranes are used in a water purification process to remove suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants from water. They utilize a semi-permeable membrane with very fine pores (typically 0.01 to 0.1 microns) to separate these particles from the water. The process relies on pressure to force water through the membrane, leaving the larger contaminants behind.

Product parameter:

R-30 is a microfilter liner used to clarify beer. The liner operates in cross-flow mode and requires regular backwashing and SIP cleaning in accordance with the schedule established by the system supplier.
The module is available in the form of an insert, its stainless steel housing is part of the BMF membrane filtration system for beer. When installing a module, you must follow the instructions compiled by the supplier.

[1] This temperature may affect the service life guaranteed by the supplier

The quality of cleaning solutions should meet permeate quality or higher

Washing system pumps must be made from non-corrosive materials

To avoid mechanical damage, do not expose the membrane module or element to sudden temperature changes. Do not exeed the temperature threshold specified by the installation manufacturer. During heating or coolong, do not exceed the maximum speed of 3ºC/min. When the system temperature is above 35ºC. Failure to do so may result in irreparable damage.

To avoid mechanical damage or leaks, never alliw water hammer to occur in the system.

Detergent Resistance

Operating membrane modules at any combination of the maximum pH, chemical concentrations, pressure or temperature specified in the documents provided by the installation supplier, during cleaning or during production, may affect the membranes and/or module life.

Launch

Before starting beer filtration, new membranes must be washed through a full CIP washing cycle

In any case, the use of grease or oil based lubricants should be avoided.
