The filter includes a cylinder, water distributor, filter plate, air-water backwashing device, bottom seat, stainless 

steel filter cap, matching flange, etc.


Equipment Introduction

The water distribution device installed inside the container is a multi channel weir flow type (with 4 overflow 

channels arranged radially at the center). To prevent the filter material with small particles or finer particles 

from running out during backwashing due to wear, the position of the multi channel weir flow type should be 

higher than the maximum backwashing expansion height of the filter layer.


The water collection device at the bottom of the filter material is a porous plate matched with a stainless steel 

filter cap, which plays a role in supporting the filter material, preventing the loss of filter material, and ensuring 

uniform water and air distribution during backwashing.
