This project installed 22 high-precision sintered metal powder filter cartridges after the terminal polishing mixed bed. These filter cartridges, as the final filtration barrier of the system, are responsible for removing trace particulate matter, residual ions, and total organic carbon from the water. Their stable and efficient operation provides reliable support for improving the overall water quality of the system.

1. Product Characteristics

The sintered metal powder filter element is formed using a high-temperature sintering process and belongs to the category of porous metal filter materials.


High-precision filtration performance: Effectively traps micron-sized and even submicron-sized particulate impurities, ensuring water cleanliness;


Good mechanical strength: Stable structure, strong pressure resistance, suitable for high pressure differential conditions;
