This PFTM150-60-H13 equivalent high flow filter cartridge is a pleated bag filter replacement solution for industrial water filter systems, and can work together with high flow filter cartridge and self-cleaning filter to build multi-stage pretreatment workflow. Different from depth melt-blown PFNM series, this cartridge uses high-area pleated polypropylene filter media to maximize available filtration surface and achieve ultra-high flow capacity. This replacement cartridge fully matches the dimensions, SOE single open end structure and inside-to-outside flow design of PFTM150-60-H13. It features 60 inch (1524 mm) nominal length, 6 inch (152.4 mm) outer diameter, 15μm absolute filtration rating and EPDM O-ring seal. It can be installed into existing standard bag filter housings without modification, upgrading conventional bag filtration systems to high-efficiency pleated high flow filtration easily.
Working Principle
The PFTM150-60-H13 replacement cartridge uses inside-to-outside flow design with SOE single open end. Raw fluid enters the inner cavity from the top single opening, then passes radially outward through pleated polypropylene media under pressure difference. All trapped particulate contaminants are locked inside the filter cartridge. During cartridge replacement, pulling the whole element out brings all captured pollutants out together, avoiding dripping contamination to filter housing cavity and downstream pipelines. It adopts large-area pleated corrugated technology. By pleating plenty of PP membrane into a cylindrical shape, the effective filtration area is multiplied compared with flat or depth media in the same volume. This greatly reduces the initial resistance when fluid penetrates the filter media.
