HFU640GF100H High Flow Water Filter Cartridge for RO Pre-filtration

The HFU640GF100H is a high-performance high-flow filter cartridge specifically designed for water treatment systems, widely used in industrial filtration, RO pre-filtration, seawater desalination, and other water treatment scenarios. It adopts high-quality glass fiber filter media, featuring a large-diameter (6-inch/152mm) design and a coreless structure with an inside-out flow pattern, ensuring that all pollutants are intercepted inside the cartridge and avoiding secondary pollution.

With a 100μm filtration rating, this cartridge efficiently removes suspended solids, particles, sediments, and other impurities from water, protecting downstream equipment such as RO membranes, pumps, and valves, and ensuring the stable operation of the entire water treatment system. It has a high flow rate (single cartridge flow up to 50-90 m³/h) and low pressure drop, which can significantly reduce the number of filter cartridges used and save equipment investment and maintenance costs.

The cartridge is constructed with a high-strength PP support/drainage structure and glass fiber reinforced PP end caps, integrally heat-welded with an external seal ring for strong structural stability and long service life. It is compatible with standard filter housings, easy to install and replace, and can be used as a direct replacement for original HFU640GF100H cartridges. The seal material options (EPDM, NBR) meet the compatibility needs of different water quality and operating environments, with a maximum operating temperature of 121℃ (for glass fiber media) and a maximum differential pressure of 3.4Bar @ 121℃.
