Introduction

P-all HFU640GF020H1 is a professional high-flow water filter tailored for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, mainly used as a pre-filtration component to protect the RO membrane and ensure the stable operation of the entire water treatment system. It is a direct and perfect replacement for Pall HFU640GF020H series, with strong compatibility and easy installation, widely used in industrial RO water purification scenarios.

This filter adopts high-quality glass fiber (GF) as the filter media, with a filtration precision of 20μm, which can efficiently intercept suspended solids, sediment, rust, and other particulate impurities in the water. It effectively avoids the fouling and clogging of the RO membrane caused by impurities, greatly extending the service life of the RO membrane and reducing the frequency of maintenance and replacement, thus lowering the overall operation cost of the RO system.

With a 40-inch length and an outside-in flow structure, the P-all HFU640GF020H1 has excellent high-flow performance, with a maximum flow rate of 110–130 m³/h per cartridge and low pressure drop, which can meet the high-efficiency water treatment needs of industrial RO systems without affecting the normal water supply efficiency. The filter is equipped with a PP inner skeleton, glass fiber-reinforced PP end caps, and EPDM/fluororubber sealing rings, which have good pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and sealing performance, ensuring stable operation in harsh industrial environments for a long time.
