Introduction

The P-all HFU640GF020H is a high-performance high-flow water filter specifically designed for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, serving as a critical pre-filtration component. It is a direct replacement for Pall HFU640GF020H, with excellent compatibility and stable performance, widely applied in industrial RO water treatment scenarios.

Adopting high-quality glass fiber (GF) as the filter media and 20μm filtration precision, this filter effectively removes suspended solids, sediment, rust and other particulate contaminants in water. It prevents fouling and clogging of RO membranes, thereby extending the service life of RO systems and reducing maintenance costs.

With an outside-in flow structure and 40-inch length, the filter features large flow rate (110–130 m³/h per cartridge) and low pressure drop, ensuring efficient water treatment without affecting the overall operation of the RO system. Its PP inner skeleton, glass fiber reinforced PP end caps and EPDM/fluororubber sealing rings guarantee durability and reliable sealing, suitable for long-term stable operation in industrial environments.

It is mainly used for pre-filtration of RO systems, as well as industrial water purification, boiler feed water pretreatment, condensate filtration and other fields, providing clean and stable water sources for subsequent water treatment processes.
