High Flow Filter Cartridges
High flow filter cartridges use depth fine polypropylene or fiberglass membrane as filter media. They feature a large diameter of 6 inches / 152 mm, no center core, single open end, and a specially designed flow direction from inside to outside, ensuring all contaminant particles are trapped inside the cartridge.
The extra-high flow design significantly reduces the number of cartridges and filter housings required under the same flow rate application, greatly lowering equipment investment and labor costs.

Working Principle
The large-diameter high flow filter cartridge delivers high-efficiency filtration with high-strength support cores on inner and outer layers. It adopts multi-layer composite progressive filter media with full thermal fusion welding and an external sealing ring.Each cartridge is designed for a flow rate of 50–90 m³/h, making it ideal for large-scale reverse osmosis pre-filtration and other applications.With patented pleating technology and a 6-inch / 152 mm large-diameter structure, the filter reduces the required number of filters and housing dimensions. A variety of filter media options are also available to meet different application requirements.
