This integrated molded bag filter serves as a reliable water filter housing, and can be matched with self-cleaning filter to build a complete filtration workflow. The housing is one-piece molded with no welding seams to achieve zero leakage. Constructed from imported PPH and PVDF, it features outstanding high temperature resistance and anti-corrosion performance. Without metal parts inside the chamber, it avoids secondary contamination for sensitive process fluids. It supports standard filter bag sizes including 1#, 2#, 4#, 5#, and optional filter bag materials cover polypropylene, polyester, nylon, aramid, PTFE and terylene. The smooth inner wall simplifies cleaning, and the 360-degree sealing structure delivers high-precision filtration. Tool-free bag replacement greatly reduces maintenance time.
Working Principle
Contaminated liquid enters the filter housing from the inlet and flows into the internal filter bag. Solid particles, agglomerates and impurities are trapped inside the filter bag. Clean liquid permeates through the filter media and flows out via the outlet. When pressure difference rises due to accumulated dirt, users can open the top cover without tools, take out the used filter bag, replace it with a new one, and resume filtration quickly.
