Working Principle
The SW30-2514 seawater RO membrane follows the high-pressure driven reverse osmosis membrane separation principle exclusive for high-salinity water. Under the stable high-pressure driving force of the seawater desalination system (up to 5.5MPa), raw seawater uniformly flows along the tangential direction of the membrane surface. The ultra-dense nano-scale polyamide active interception layer forms an efficient filtration barrier, which can accurately trap high-concentration salt crystals, marine suspended impurities, organic colloids, algae and microbial slime in seawater. Only pure water molecular groups can smoothly penetrate the membrane layer to form qualified fresh water, while concentrated brine containing a large amount of pollutants is separately discharged through the concentrated water channel to realize efficient separation of salt and water.
