Toray TML10D reverse osmosis membrane 4-inch anti-pollution membrane operation jungle field softening suffocation

Introduction:The TML10D anti-pollution reverse osmosis membrane, by applying a special substance on the surface of the composite membrane, has improved the charge and smoothness of the membrane surface. At the same time, its structure has shortened the length of the membrane sheet and increased the number of pages of the membrane bag, which can reduce the adsorption of organic substances and microorganisms on the membrane surface, significantly improving the performance of the membrane element under high bio-fouling conditions and the recovery performance after chemical cleaning.

Storage method for Toray TML10D anti-contamination RO membrane:

The new reverse osmosis membrane elements must always remain in a moist state. If they need to be temporarily opened, the packaging bag must not be damaged until they are used. This is to prevent damage to the performance of the reverse osmosis membrane.

The reverse osmosis membrane elements are generally stored at around 5 degrees Celsius to 30 degrees Celsius. The storage environment must be well-ventilated and avoid direct sunlight. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius to prevent damage to the reverse osmosis membrane.

The storage environment for the reverse osmosis membrane elements must not be lower than 0 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is lower than 0 degrees Celsius, measures for insulation of the reverse osmosis membrane should be taken to prevent physical damage to the membrane and avoid unnecessary losses.

Key operational points for the Dylon TML10D anti-contamination membrane:

1. Strictly follow the startup procedure to prevent membrane damage caused by excessive shock. Before starting the system and loading the membrane elements, instrument calibration, membrane pre-treatment, and other system checks should be conducted.

2. Always reduce any pressure shock or cross-flow fluctuations on the roll-type elements. During the startup process, it is recommended to make a gradual pressure change from static to operational state.

3. The maximum allowable pressure drop for the entire pressure vessel (membrane housing) is 50 psi (3.4 bar).

4. No static pressure should be generated on the product water side.

5. Always keep the membrane elements moist after the first soaking.

6. If the operation restrictions and guidelines are not followed, the manufacturer will not provide warranty.

7. In the case of long-term system shutdown, it is recommended to immerse the membrane elements in maintenance fluid to prevent bacterial growth.

8. The produced water from the membrane elements for the first hour should be discharged.

9. Users should ensure that chemicals and lubricants do not have any adverse effects on the membrane elements.
