The role of hydraulic filter elements: Industrial oils such as hydraulic oil, transformer oil, turbine oil, refrigeration oil, lubricating oil, anti-fuel oil, etc. will be mixed with some impurities during use due to various reasons. The main impurities are mechanical impurities, metal particles and water. These impurities will cause accelerated corrosion, increase mechanical wear, reduce work efficiency, make oil go bad, and reduce the service life of equipment.

1. It is divided into high pressure section, medium pressure section, oil return section and oil suction section

2. Divided into high, medium and low precision grades. 2-5um is high precision, 10-15um is medium precision, and 15-25um is low 

precision.

3. In order to compress the finished size of the filter element and increase the filter area, the filter layer is generally folded into a 

corrugated shape, and the pleated height of the hydraulic filter element is generally below 20mm

4. The pressure difference of the hydraulic filter element is generally 0.35-0.4MPa, but some special filter elements are required to 

withstand a high pressure difference, which is required to withstand 32MPa, or even 42MPa equivalent to the system pressure.

5. Withstand temperature, some require to reach 135°C
