The fiber ball filter is a high-performance precision filtration device specially designed for water treatment and industrial liquid purification, adopting modified polyester fiber ball as the core filter material. 

Unlike traditional rigid granular filter media (such as quartz sand, anthracite), this filter uses elastic spherical fiber bundles with adjustable porosity, realizing deep-layer high-efficiency filtration through mechanical screening, contact flocculation and electrostatic adsorption effects. It can effectively intercept suspended solids, colloids, oil droplets, bacteria and other micro-impurities in water, with stable effluent quality and strong adaptability to various water quality conditions.

This product breaks through the limitations of traditional filters, featuring compact structure, flexible operation and wide application scenarios. It is suitable for both large-scale municipal water supply projects and small-batch industrial wastewater treatment, and can be used as standalone filtration equipment or supporting purification equipment in the whole water treatment process, providing reliable and efficient filtration solutions for global industrial and environmental protection customers.

Technical Features

High-quality Modified Filter Material: The core fiber ball is made of high-strength polyester fiber through special chemical modification, transforming from oleophilic to hydrophilic property, with excellent anti-oil adhesion, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, avoiding hardening and agglomeration during long-term operation, and ensuring stable filtration performance.

Ideal Porosity Gradient: During the filtration process, the filter layer porosity gradually decreases from top to bottom along the water flow direction, which fits the ideal filter material distribution law. This structure realizes layered interception of impurities, avoids rapid blockage of the filter surface, and greatly prolongs the filtration cycle.

High Precision & Large Flow Filtration: The filtration precision can reach 1-5μm, with a removal rate of over 96% for suspended solids (SS), and can effectively remove micro-impurities that traditional filters cannot intercept. The filtration speed is 20-60m/h, which is 3-5 times that of traditional sand filters, meeting the high-flow treatment needs of industrial scenarios.

Efficient Backwashing System: Adopting gas-water combined backwashing or mechanical stirring auxiliary backwashing mode, the backwashing effect is thorough, and the fiber ball can be completely regenerated. The backwashing water consumption is less than 1%-2% of the cycle filtration water volume, greatly reducing water resource waste and operation cost.

Wide Adaptability to Working Conditions: Applicable to water temperature of 5-60℃, working pressure of 0.1-0.6MPa, compatible with acidic, alkaline and neutral water quality, and can operate stably in harsh industrial environments such as high suspended solids and oil-bearing wastewater.
