The customer's site already has a first level cyclone dust removal system, and our company has undertaken a second level dust removal project.
The emission requirement for this project is 5mg/m ³. Based on the customer's needs and on-site conditions, we have designed two pulse filter
cartridge dust collectors for them.
The air volume can reach up to 50000m ³/h, which can meet the needs of large-scale production.
Equipped with 80 filter cartridges and a filtration area of 810 square meters. Adopting a 325 * 660 membrane filter cartridge,
the filtration accuracy is 2 μ m, and the filtration efficiency is as high as 99.9% (≥ 2.0 μ m).
The equipment has a pressure of 6000Pa and a resistance of only 1200Pa, ensuring stable and energy-saving operation.
The compressed air consumption is 1Nm ³/min to ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of the filter cartridge.
Equipment Introduction

Equipment working principle
The principle of the pulse filter cartridge dust collector is to use the pulse airflow blowing method, add a guide device on the pulse
blowing pipe to enhance the airflow induction effect, and on the other hand, cancel the upper guide duct of the filter cartridge,
so that both the pulse airflow and the induced airflow can fully enter the filter cartridge at the same time. This makes the pulse
filter cartridge dust collector consume less air, have a more uniform airflow, and achieve better dust cleaning effect.
