Cartridge filter housing has a beautiful appearance, simple and reasonable structure, and is polished inside and outside, featuring low cost, small volume, large filtration area, fast filtration speed, low clogging rate, acid and alkali resistance, and long service life. Different types and precision of cartridges (such as PP cartridge, wire-wound core, folded cartridge, metal sintered cartridge, titanium rod cartridge, etc.) can be replaced in the tank to remove all kinds of tiny particles, colloids, metals, bacteria, residual chlorine and other impurities in the filtrate.
Working Principle
The high-flow cartridge filter uses a matching high-flow cartridge, under pressure, the original liquid passes through the cartridge, the filter residue remains on the wall of the filter material, and the filtrate flows out through the cartridge, which can effectively remove impurities, sediment, suspended matter and bacteria from the water. The filtration is thus achieved.
The design of the filter allows for the use of larger filter cartridges in each high-flow cartridge and reduces the investment in production costs compared to conventional models.
