RO Reverse Osmosis Pre-treatment High Flow Cartridges offer a significant reduction in investment costs compared to standard 2.5" cartridges in similar high flow cartridge applications such as pre-filtration for reverse osmosis water treatment plants. Each R0 RO pre-treatment high flow cartridge can handle up to 30 T/h, thus reducing the number of cartridges used and reducing the size of the filter housing.
Working Principle
The high-flow cartridge filter uses a matching high-flow cartridge, under pressure, the original liquid passes through the cartridge, the filter residue remains on the wall of the filter material, and the filtrate flows out through the cartridge, which can effectively remove impurities, sediment, suspended matter and bacteria from the water. The filtration is thus achieved.
The design of the filter allows for the use of larger filter cartridges in each high-flow cartridge and reduces the investment in production costs compared to conventional models.
