Working principles

The plate filter uses a gear oil pump or centrifugal pump to pump the clay mixed liquid mixed in the decolorization pot or stirring tank through the pipeline into the clay decolorization filter tank and fill it up. Under the thrust of the pump, large particles of clay are circulated through circulation. It is first trapped on the surface of the filter to form a filter cake layer. Under the action of the filter cake layer, the fine particles of white soil are trapped to form countless tiny channels, which then trap finer suspended solids and only allow clear liquids to pass through. Start filtration. During the filtration process, new clay mixture is continuously pumped in to form a new filter cake layer, so that the filter cake will not be blocked. In this way, the material will be substantially filtered through the filter cake layer, and the clear liquid will be It flows through the internal channel of the screen through the oil outlet to the oil outlet pipe, and flows through the pipeline to the finished product tank under the thrust of the pump.
During the slag discharge process

As the filtration volume of the mixed liquid increases, the filter cake layer becomes thicker and thicker, the filtration resistance increases, and the pressure in the tank increases. When you see the pressure gauge on the upper part of the filter showing 0.4Mpa, stop pumping into the filter tank. Transport the mixed liquid, turn on the air compressor, and input air into the filter tank through the overflow port through the pipeline. Under the action of air pressure, the oil in the filter cake is gradually pressed out, and returns to the decolorization pot or mixing tank through the pipeline, about After 30 minutes, the filter cake is pressed dry and the input of air into the filter is stopped. When the upper pressure gauge shows 0, open the butterfly valve, start the vibrating body, and start discharging slag. When the slag is discharged completely, close the butterfly valve and all valve to start the next round of filtration. The special filter for decolorization is mainly composed of a lifting frame, a tank, a stainless steel screen, a vibrating slag discharge device, a butterfly valve, and a transportation bracket.
