DF high pressure hydac filter:

The DF high pressure hydac filters are made in compliance with international regulations. They are composed of a filter head and screw-in filter bowl. DFF filters can be used for bidirectional flow.
1. The filter is capable of being installed directly on the fuel tank cover or can also be installed with a tube.

2. Fitted with signaler of clogging from filtering elements and bypass valve for enhancing reliability of hydros’ communication. If the element is closed by contaminations or the working fluid has a low temperature, then flow pulsation and other factors make the inlet oil pressure equal to 0.35MPa. Communicator will transmit information that it is time to change the element or heighten the temperature in order to prevent the system failure in such situation where machine cannot pause immediately before these faults are rectified; therefore, when there is need to avoid breakdowns, bypass valve which was mounted on this filtering part would open automatically (when opening pressure equals 0.4MPa).

3. Made out of glass fiber having advantages like high filtration accuracy, big oil passing rate, slight initial pressure drop, large dirt-holding capacity etc. Filtration efficiency n≥99.5% complies with ISO standard format .
