With high-purity graded quartz sand (subjected to strict particle size inspection) as the core filter medium, it can effectively capture suspended particles, sediment, colloidal contaminants, algae, and some organic impurities in water under stable pressure. Technical Features

Adopts high-purity graded quartz sand filter media with strict particle size inspection, featuring uniform particle distribution, strong adsorption capacity, and reliable filtration performance.

Two control modes are provided: automatic control for unattended 24/7 operation and manual control for flexible adjustment, which can smoothly cover filtration, backwashing, and drainage processes.

Various tank material options are available: FRP, Carbon Steel Lined Rubber, SS304, and SS316L, all of which can resist harsh corrosive environments and adapt to different water quality conditions.

Equipped with an efficient backwashing system: 5–7 minutes rapid backwash cycle,low water waste, and supports continuous online operation without affecting normal water supply.

What is the proper backwashing frequency for the quartz sand filter?Backwashing is recommended when the pressure difference of the filter reaches 0.05–0.07MPa. Generally, this occurs every 1 to 7 days, depending on the turbidity and impurity content of the incoming water.

How long can the quartz sand filter media be used?With proper use and regular maintenance, the quartz sand filter media can be used for 1 to 3 years. If the effluent turbidity increases significantly or the filtration efficiency decreases, it is necessary to partially replace or supplement the filter media.
