Adopting a core structure of multiple parallel filter columns, it thoroughly solves industry pain points of traditional single-column filters, such as excessive pressure drop under large-flow conditions, shutdown and flow interruption for cleaning, and cumbersome operation and maintenance.

Equipped with an intelligent automatic control system, the filter can realize automatic cleaning and blowdown of single/multiple filter columns in turn according to differential pressure or timing commands, without interrupting the main fluid supply throughout the process, truly achieving 24-hour uninterrupted filtration operation. Column-by-Column Cleaning & Uninterrupted Operation: Adopts a sequential single-column/group cleaning mode. Only the corresponding filter column suspends filtration during cleaning, while other columns work normally, completely eliminating flow interruption. It is suitable for continuous production scenarios that strictly prohibit shutdown, such as chemical industry, electric power, and municipal engineering.

Intelligent Dual-Mode Automatic Control System: Equipped with high-precision differential pressure sensors and PLC intelligent controllers, supporting dual modes of differential pressure control and timing control.
