Product Introduction
The LY series plate frame pressure oil purifier is a cost-effective pressure filtration oil treatment device. This hydraulic filter machine relies on manual screw tightening to compress stacked filter plates and filter frames, with filter paper clamped between plates as the core filter material. When contaminated oil is pumped into the plate frame assembly under pressure, solid particles and free moisture are trapped on the surface and inside the filter paper, while clean oil flows out through the internal channels. It is widely deployed in power plants, substations, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and national defense industries for filtering transformer oil, turbine oil and hydraulic oil. Operators can replace filter paper quickly. The whole machine is easy to learn and operate with minimal maintenance expense. Optional automatic liquid level control and automatic pressure alarm modules are available according to customer requirements for safer unattended running.
Working Principle
The oil pump sends contaminated oil into the closed plate-frame chamber. Under working pressure 0–0.3 MPa, oil passes through the layered filter paper. Suspended solid impurities are intercepted on the filter paper surface, and free water is adsorbed by the filter paper fiber. Purified oil converges inside the filter plate runner and flows out from the outlet. As contaminants accumulate, the pressure inside rises gradually. When pressure reaches the set threshold, the optional pressure alarm will trigger to remind operators to stop the machine and replace saturated filter paper. After filter paper replacement and re-tightening the screw mechanism, the equipment can restart continuous filtration.
