The built-in pre-filter on the suction side safeguards the oil pump and prolongs the service life of the main filter element. Users can freely select filter elements with different filtration precision to meet diverse cleanliness requirements of hydraulic oil systems. It supports bypass filtration while hydraulic lubrication systems are running, making it a practical solution for routine maintenance of hydraulic stations and industrial machinery.
Working Principle
When the BLYJ portable filter cart starts working, the built-in pump draws contaminated hydraulic oil through the suction hose. The oil first passes through the primary pre-filter at the pump inlet, which captures larger solid impurities to prevent pump damage. Next, the oil flows into the secondary fine filter after the pump, where tiny particulate contaminants are trapped by the fine filter cartridge. After purification, the clean oil is delivered out through the outlet port. This machine can work in two modes: oil refilling for hydraulic systems, or bypass online filtration during equipment operation. Continuous circulation filtration gradually lowers particle contamination concentration inside the oil tank, minimizing abrasive wear on valves, cylinders and hydraulic pumps.
