Working Principle

Bag Filter Housing is a kind of pressure filtration device, mainly has the main components such as filter cylinder body, filter cylinder cover and quick-open mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcing net, etc. The filtrate flows into the filter bag from the side entrance tube of the filter shell, the filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing net basket, the liquid penetrates through the filter bag of the required fineness level that can obtain qualified filtrate, the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient to replace the filter bag, filtration is basically no material consumption. Bag filter has the following categories: single bag filter, multi-bag filter, rocker bag filter, high-precision bag filter, etc., the filter filtration precision 1-10 micron range.
