It adopts electromechanical integration design. The automatic self-cleaning filter is composed of main parts such as driving mechanism, control pipeline (including differential pressure switch), main tube assembly, filter element assembly, cleaning mechanism and connecting flange. The electric controller, control pipeline and drain valve constitute the control part of the filter, which is used to realize the automatic cleaning and discharging process. The control pipeline consists of accessories such as differential pressure switches, pipe joints and brass pipes. The filter uses stainless steel brushes for conventional products, and other materials of brushes.
(1) The filtration precision is 100 microns by default, and it can be selected from 50 to 5000 microns, with large filtration area and high dirt-holding capacity, which can be customized by users according to actual working conditions.

Working Principle

The automatic self-cleaning filter has the function of filtering the raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element, and the system has uninterrupted water supply when cleaning and discharging.
The cleaning of automatic self-cleaning filter has two control methods: automatic control and manual control.
Automatic control: automatic control has two ways: timing and differential pressure. Set the filtering time on the filtering time timer, when the filtering time comes, start the discharge, and the discharge time is set by the discharge time timer; at the same time, the control system compares the system pressure difference with the pressure difference set by the user in real time, and when the system pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the filter is also cleaned and discharged, and the discharge time is set by the discharge time timer. When the discharge time is up, the cleaning will stop and the system will return to its initial state, ready for the next filtration process.
Manual control: Turn the manual/automatic selector switch on the operation panel to the manual position, and the filter will be discharged.
