Introduction of MF series Automatic self-cleaning vacuum rotary drum filter,

MF series selfcleaning precision filter use the surface type micro filtration, the filter medium is 

composed with 316L stainless steel which woven by the special craft. Adopting international leading 

filter manufacturing technology, the screen is formed by large area screen, not only increased the

filter area, but also accelerate the filtering speed and simplify the structure of equipment.

Filtration precision: 10 to 1000 microns

Filter material: 316L stainless steel.

The working principle 

The filter is composed by structure module, filer module, driving system, backwash system, and

 automatic control system. Sewage flow into the stainless steel filter cartridge inside, through the

 filter screen inside flow out by the effect of gravity, the suspended solids in the water will be

 trapped in stainless steel cartridge inside. Drive system drives the filter cylinder turning slowly, 

the backwash pump will use the filtered water to backwash the filter screen. The backwash water

 through the nozzle at the top of the cartridge from the mesh of the lateral to medial to power

 cleaning of filter, the particulate matter which wash down will be collected by backwash water

 collecting tank, discharged through the drainage pipe equipment.
