Adopting advanced melt-blown integral forming technology, pure polypropylene particles are melted and sprayed into continuous fibrous filter layers without any adhesive, ensuring zero secondary pollution and high material purity. The unique gradient pore structure allows large impurities to be trapped by outer fiber layers and fine particles above 10μm to be intercepted by inner dense layers, realizing three-dimensional depth filtration with large dirt holding capacity. With standard 40-inch length, 60mm outer diameter and 30mm inner diameter, it is fully compatible with all conventional 40-inch filter housings for direct replacement. Compared with 1μm and 5μm fine melt-blown filters, the 10μm grade provides higher flow rate, lower resistance and longer service life, making it the best choice for conventional raw water and process water pretreatment.

This 10 micron PP melt-blown filter adopts outside-in gradient depth filtration principle.
