PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge 1 Micron 40 Inch is a classic depth filter made from pure polypropylene via melt-blown one-step forming process. No glue or adhesive is added during production, avoiding secondary contamination caused by organic dissolution. The unique gradient pore structure is formed naturally during melt-blown molding. The outer layer has larger pores to capture big impurities, while inner tiny pores intercept micro particles. Standard size is 40 inch length, 60mm outer diameter and 30mm inner diameter, compatible with all standard 40-inch filter housings for quick replacement. Compared with 1μm pleated PP filter, melt blown cartridge belongs to depth filtration rather than surface filtration, and can hold more contaminant inside the whole filter body. Virgin PP material delivers good resistance to weak acid and weak alkali, suitable for most neutral and mildly corrosive liquid working conditions.

PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge 1 Micron 40 Inch adopts outside-in gradient depth filtration principle. When process liquid flows through the melt-blown PP matrix, coarse contaminants are captured in the outer loose layer. Medium particles are trapped in the middle section. Micro particles larger than 1 micron are intercepted inside the dense inner layer. Instead of blocking only on the surface, pollutants are stored inside the whole filter body, greatly extending service life. The integrated one-piece structure prevents liquid bypass. The self-supporting melt-blown body maintains shape under differential pressure and ensures stable continuous filtration performance for 24-hour running.
