The return hydraulic oil filter element is a key filtering device installed in the return pipeline in the hydraulic system, and its core functions are:

Intercepting pollutants: filtering metal shavings, rubber particles, dust and other impurities in the hydraulic oil (usually with an accuracy of 5~25μm).

Maintain fluid cleanliness: Ensure that the fluid returned to the tank complies with ISO 4406 standards (e.g., ISO 18/16/13), extending the service life of hydraulic pumps, valve manifolds and other components.

Protect the oil tank: prevent contaminants from being deposited in the oil tank, reduce oil oxidation and foam generation.

Filter material:

Glass fibre: high precision (1~10μm), high temperature resistance (≤120ºC), suitable for systems with high cleanliness requirements.

Metal sintered mesh: made of stainless steel 316L, high pressure resistance (≤40MPa), strong impact resistance, commonly used in heavy-duty equipment.

Composite filter layer: outer metal mesh (coarse filtration) + inner glass fibre (fine filtration), taking into account the dirt holding capacity and precision.

Supporting skeleton:

Perforated carbon steel: thickness 1.5~3mm, pore opening rate 30%~50%, ensuring structural strength.

Epoxy coating: anti-rust treatment, adapt to wet or corrosive environment.

End caps and seals:

End cap material: carbon steel or aluminium alloy, laser welding to ensure air tightness.

Seal: Fluorine rubber (FKM) or nitrile rubber (NBR), oil and temperature resistant (-40ºC~120ºC).
