Product Introduction
The TYA series vacuum oil purifier is a mobile all-in-one purification system dedicated to lubricating oil regeneration. This hydraulic filter vacuum purifier adopts multi-stage separation and deep filtration structure, equipped with constant temperature heating system, vacuum separation chamber and automatic backwashing filter assembly. It features powerful demulsification capacity, capable of removing both bulk water and micro-moisture trapped inside emulsified oil. With special filter media for enlarged filtration area and high precision, it captures fine particulate pollutants. The built-in backwashing function cleans intercepted impurities automatically without frequent element replacement. Matching filter aid can reduce oil color by 1-2 color grades. It is compatible with high-viscosity lubricating oil, refrigeration oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil, suitable for long-cycle online oil regeneration for heavy industrial systems.
Working Principle
Contaminated lubricating oil enters the heating unit first, where constant temperature control lowers oil viscosity and helps water separate from oil phase. Then the oil flows into the vacuum separation tank; under stable vacuum condition, free water and dissolved moisture evaporate and are extracted out by vacuum pump. After vacuum dehydration, oil passes through the deep precision filter bank, where iron powder, dust and solid particles are trapped. When the filter elements accumulate excessive dirt, the automatic backwashing system triggers to flush the filter surface and discharge pollutants. Meanwhile, acidic substances and organic compounds are adsorbed and removed with the help of filter aid. Finally, purified oil with low water content and high cleanliness flows back to the oil tank, and the whole system can run continuously for online oil conditioning.
