The CS-AL series ultra-precision oil purifier is a compact, trolley-style hydraulic purification unit equipped with multiple parallel filter housings, independent oil pump, vacuum gauge and pressure gauges. This hydraulic filter system adopts an enclosed cabinet structure to protect internal filter elements from external pollution, making it well-suited for clean and high-standard working environments. It integrates leakage protection, overload shutdown, overpressure safeguard and filter clogging alarm & stop functions. The switchable pumping and filtration mode allows dual-purpose operation for oil extraction and purification. The suction-side coarse filter safeguards the oil pump and extends the service life of fine filter cartridges. With multi-stage filtration, it continuously removes tiny solid particles and moisture from oil fluid, achieving filtration performance up to NAS1638 Class 3. Working Principle
When the CS-AL ultra-precision oil purifier starts, the independent oil pump draws contaminated oil through the 100μm coarse suction filter to trap large debris and protect the pump. The oil then flows into several parallel fine filter cans for deep purification. Fine particles and moisture are captured inside the filter media, and clean oil circulates back to the hydraulic tank or lubrication system. The pressure gauges and vacuum gauge track operating conditions in real time. When the filter element accumulates contaminants and the differential pressure hits the preset threshold, the clogging alarm will trigger and the machine shuts down automatically to avoid secondary damage. Built-in electrical and hydraulic safety devices cut off operation under overload, electric leakage or excessive pressure. Operators can toggle the working mode between oil pumping and circulation filtration flexibly according to on-site needs.
