Working Principle
Contaminated oil is drawn into the filter trolley through the inlet hose by the internal oil pump. First, the oil passes through the 100μm coarse filter element, which intercepts large metal debris and impurities to protect the downstream fine filter element and pump assembly. After pre-filtration, the oil enters the main filter housing, where the fine filter element traps tiny suspended solid particles. Purified clean oil flows out through the outlet hose and returns to the oil tank or target equipment. A pressure gauge installed on the top of the filter housing monitors real-time pressure loss. Once the differential pressure hits the preset threshold, it alerts operators to replace the clogged filter element promptly and prevent system overload.
