The LOF5 series portable fine oil filter trolley is a high-performance mobile oil purification device and a mature replacement for imported filter trolleys. As a practical hydraulic filter unit, it adopts a single tank multi-stage filtration design, equipped with coarse filtration and fine filtration stages to capture particles of different sizes in the oil. The wheeled trolley frame makes it easy to move between oil tanks, hydraulic stations and test benches. It supports optional filtration precision of 3μm, 5μm, 10μm, 20μm and 30μm, and works stably within 5℃ to 80℃, suitable for most industrial lubrication and hydraulic systems. Compared with imported counterparts, this model delivers consistent filtration performance with shorter lead time and lower operation cost.
Working Principle
Polluted oil is sucked into the filter trolley through the inlet hose by the built-in pump. First, the oil passes through the 100μm coarse filter element, which intercepts large debris and metal chips to protect the subsequent fine filter and pump assembly. Then the oil flows into the main fine filter housing, where the fine filter element traps tiny solid particles. Clean oil is delivered out through the outlet hose back to the oil tank or equipment reservoir. The pressure gauge on the top of the filter housing monitors pressure loss in real time. When the differential pressure rises to the set value, it reminds operators to replace the filter element in time and avoid overload operation.
