The LOFU series portable fine oil filter cart is a mobile oil purification trolley developed as a replacement for imported filter trolleys. The built-in hydraulic filter forms a complete filtration pipeline. It is equipped with a sturdy black trolley frame, heavy-duty wheels and ergonomic push handle for easy movement inside workshops and equipment overhaul sites. It supports both AC220V single-phase and AC380V three-phase power supply. The fine filtration precision can be selected from 3μm, 5μm, 10μm, 20μm and 30μm, meeting the cleanliness requirements of ordinary and precision hydraulic systems. It is a cost-effective choice to replace imported filter carts.
Working Principle
Polluted oil is sucked into the system by the built-in oil pump. It first passes through the 100μm primary coarse filter to intercept large particles and impurities, protecting the pump and downstream fine filter elements from premature clogging. Then the oil enters the fine filter housing for deep purification to trap tiny metal powder and abrasive sludge. The pressure gauge on the filter housing monitors pressure loss in real time. When the pressure rises to the warning value, it means the filter cartridge is blocked and needs replacement. Clean oil flows out from the outlet hose and returns to the oil tank.
