The LUCB portable fine oil purifier trolley with oil barrel frame is a patented mobile oil filtration device, specially designed for integrated oil handling work. It is equipped with built-in hydraulic filter and two-stage filtration system. The unique frame structure can fix standard oil barrels together with the filter unit, realizing oil storage, pumping and filtration all on one hand-push trolley. It supports AC220V single-phase and AC380V three-phase power supply, and the secondary fine filter can be selected from 3μm, 5μm, 10μm, 20μm and 30μm. The whole unit is easy to move between production lines and service sites, ideal for teams that frequently transfer and filter lubricating oil and hydraulic oil.
Working Principle
Contaminated oil is drawn into the filter by the transfer pump. It first flows through the 100μm primary coarse filter to trap large impurities and protect the pump and fine filter from sudden clogging. Then the oil enters the secondary fine filter to intercept tiny metal powder, abrasive particles and sludge. Clean oil can circulate back to the oil barrel fixed on the trolley frame or be delivered to target equipment. The internal pipeline keeps low initial pressure loss for stable flow. Users can judge filter clogging status by pressure change and replace filter elements in time.

Q1: What is the biggest difference between LUCB and LUC / LUCA filter trolley?
A1: LUC and LUCA are simple filter trolleys without barrel bracket. LUCB has an integrated frame for placing oil barrels, which realizes filtration and oil storage in one mobile unit.
Q2: Can LUCB filter out water in oil?
A2: It is a solid particle filtration trolley only. It cannot remove free water. If oil dehydration is required, please choose our vacuum oil purifier series.
Q3: How do I select filtration precision?
A3: 10μm / 20μm for ordinary hydraulic systems; 3μm / 5μm is recommended for high-precision servo hydraulic systems.
Q4: Is the oil barrel included in the package?
A4: The oil barrel is not included by default, we only supply the filter trolley frame assembly.
