The LUCA multi-stage portable fine oil purifier trolley is a patented mobile oil filtration device, specially developed for scenarios requiring superior oil cleanliness. It integrates four progressive filtration stages, and the built-in hydraulic filter forms a complete graded filtration pipeline. With ergonomic push handle, heavy-duty casters and compact base frame, the trolley can be flexibly moved between hydraulic stations, machine tools and construction machinery. It supports AC220V single-phase and AC380V three-phase power supply options, and the final fine filtration precision can be selected from 3μm,5μm,10μm,20μm,30μm to satisfy diverse precision requirements of servo systems and precision hydraulic equipment.
Working Principle
Contaminated oil is sucked into the system by the transfer pump. It passes sequentially through four filter stages for step-by-step purification. The first-stage 100μm coarse filter captures large debris to protect the pump; the second 80μm and third 50μm filters intercept medium-sized particles progressively; the fourth fine filter removes tiny sludge and metal powder. The pressure gauge on the filter tank monitors internal pressure loss in real time. When the pressure rises to the set threshold, it indicates that the filter elements are clogged and need to be replaced. After layered filtration, clean oil flows out through the outlet hose and returns to the oil tank.
