The LUC portable fine oil purifier trolley is a lightweight hand-push oil filtration device built for on-site oil treatment. It adopts two-stage filtration configuration, equipped with matched hydraulic filter inside the pipeline. The simple trolley frame design makes it easy to move between oil tanks, machine tools and hydraulic stations. It supports flexible voltage options including AC 220V single phase and 380V three phase, and multiple precision grades are available for the fine filter cartridge to fit different cleanliness requirements of gear oil, hydraulic oil and lube oil. This cost-effective filter cart is widely favored by equipment maintenance teams.
Working Principle
Polluted oil is sucked into the machine by the built-in oil pump. It first passes through the primary coarse filter to intercept large particles and impurities, which protects the pump and downstream fine filter from blockage. Then the oil flows into the secondary fine filter tank. The fine filter cartridge traps tiny solid contaminants such as metal powder and abrasive sludge. After filtration, clean oil is delivered out through the outlet hose and returns to the oil tank. The pressure gauge on the top monitors the internal pressure loss. When the pressure rises to the alarm value, it means the filter element is clogged and needs replacement.

A1: This model is a solid particle filter cart, mainly for removing solid particles, sludge and metal debris. It cannot separate water. If dehydration is required, you can choose our vacuum oil purifier series.

A2: For general hydraulic systems, 10μm or 20μm is commonly used. For precision servo hydraulic systems, 3μm or 5μm fine filter elements are recommended.
Q3: How do I know when to change the filter element?
