The GLYC Series High Viscosity Oil Filter Machine is a professional mobile filtration solution built for heavy, thick lubricating oil treatment. Matched with reliable hydraulic filter, this portable oil purifier is equipped with a dedicated high-viscosity oil pump, featuring stable delivery, low noise, strong self-priming capacity and pulse-free flow. It can handle corrosive oil media and provide optional heating function to reduce oil viscosity when the ambient temperature drops. Adopting quick-open filter housing design, operators can replace internal filter cartridges without extra tools. Built-in pressure gauges help real-time monitoring of pipeline pressure and element contamination status, and safety protection structures including overflow valves and thermal relays safeguard the whole hydraulic lubrication system against overload and pressure shock.
Working Principle
Contaminated high-viscosity lubricating oil is sucked into the machine by the special high-viscosity pump. The oil flows through three-stage filter chambers step by step: the first coarse filter intercepts large metal particles and debris; the second and third fine filters further remove tiny suspended solids and fine impurities down to the selected micron rating. If the oil is too thick at low temperature, the optional heating system heats the fluid up to improve flow performance. Pressure gauges track pressure drop across filters. Once the pressure rises to the set value, it indicates the filter elements are clogged and need replacement. The clean oil can be delivered to lubrication tanks, or run in bypass circulation mode to continuously polish oil inside running equipment.
