This hydraulic filter is fitted with a motor-driven dedicated gear pump that delivers low noise, strong self-priming capacity and stable running performance. The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with overflow protection to safeguard the hydraulic system, and thermal relay protection prevents motor burnout caused by overload. A coarse filter at the suction inlet protects the oil pump and extends the service life of main filter elements. There are two fine filters after the pump to rapidly boost oil cleanliness. The first fine filter removes large particulate impurities, while the second fine filter captures fine particles or free water. Users can select filter elements of different precision grades according to site demands. The filter tank housing uses a quick-open structure; operators can open the top cover and replace filter elements rapidly without any tools. A pressure gauge installed on the control panel continuously displays system operation status and filter element contamination level during operation.
Working Principle
When the LYC-C cabinet oil purifier starts, the gear pump draws contaminated oil from the hydraulic tank through the suction pipeline. Oil first flows through the 100μm suction-side coarse filter to intercept large solid debris and protect the pump from abrasive wear. Then oil enters the multi-stage fine filtration system. The first fine filter removes relatively large particle impurities, and the second fine filter traps fine solid particles or separates free water. After multi-stage purification, clean oil returns to the hydraulic tank. This cabinet filter cart supports multiple working modes: filtration during oil filling for hydraulic lubrication systems, bypass filtration while the hydraulic system runs, circulating filtration before system startup, and continuous online purification to lift overall oil cleanliness. The pressure gauge monitors pressure drop in real time; rising pressure indicates filter clogging. Overflow valve and thermal relay provide dual safety protection for pipelines and the motor. The fully enclosed cabinet isolates dust and dirt, preventing secondary pollution of purified oil.
