The LYC-B series high precision oil purifier adopts wheeled mobile trolley design for convenient on-site oil treatment. This hydraulic filter is equipped with a motor-driven dedicated gear pump with low noise, strong self-priming capacity and smooth operation. The high-pressure pipeline is fitted with overflow protection to secure the hydraulic system, and thermal relay protection prevents motor burnout caused by overload. The coarse filter at the suction inlet protects the oil pump and extends the service life of main filter elements. It features three-stage fine filtration after the pump: the first fine filter removes large particulate impurities, the second fine filter captures fine solid particles, and the third stage can eliminate tiny contaminants or free water inside oil. Users can select filter elements with different precision grades according to requirements. A pressure gauge mounted on the panel continuously displays the system running condition and the contamination degree of filter elements during operation.
Working Principle
When the LYC-B oil purifier starts operation, the built-in gear pump draws contaminated oil from the oil tank through the suction hose. The oil firstly flows through the suction-side coarse filter of 100μm, intercepting large solid particles to protect the pump against abrasion. Subsequently, the oil enters the three-stage fine filtration system. The first fine filter traps relatively large particles, the second stage removes fine particulate pollutants, and the third fine filter can capture ultra-fine particles or separate free water from oil. After multi-stage purification, clean oil flows out from the outlet port back to the hydraulic oil tank. This filter cart supports multiple operation modes: filtration of new oil, oil filling for hydraulic systems, purification of in-service oil, bypass filtration while the host hydraulic equipment keeps running, and water removal from oil liquid. The pressure gauge monitors pressure drop in real time; increasing pressure indicates filter clogging. Overflow valve and thermal relay form double safety protection for pipeline and motor.
