Product Introduction
The LYC-A series mobile oil purifier adopts wheeled trolley construction for convenient on-site oil handling. This hydraulic filter is powered by a motor-driven special gear pump, featuring low noise, strong self-priming capacity and smooth running performance. The high-pressure pipeline is fitted with an overflow protection device to safeguard the hydraulic system. Thermal relay protection is equipped to avoid motor burnout caused by overload. A pre-filter at the oil suction inlet shields the oil pump and extends the service life of the main filter. Fine filter elements with multiple optional precision grades can be selected according to customer requirements. The control panel is fitted with a pressure gauge, which continuously displays system working status and indicates the contamination level of filter elements during operation.
Working Principle
When the LYC-A mobile oil purifier starts, the gear pump pulls contaminated oil through the suction pipeline. Oil first passes the primary coarse filter at the suction side, trapping large solid particles to protect the pump from abrasive damage. The oil then flows to the secondary fine filter chamber, where tiny particulate impurities are captured by fine filter cartridges. After purification, clean oil is discharged from the outlet. The machine supports multiple working modes: filtration of fresh oil, new oil filling, purification of oil already in service, and bypass filtration when the hydraulic lubrication system operates continuously. Circulating filtration gradually reduces particle pollution inside the oil tank, reducing wear of pumps, valves and cylinders. The pressure gauge monitors pressure drop in real time; rising pressure indicates the filter element is clogged and needs replacement. Overflow protection on high-pressure lines prevents pressure spikes, and thermal relay cuts power automatically when the motor overloads.
