The fuel oil-water separation test bench (hereinafter referred to as the test bench) follows the standard ISO 16332 "Evaluation Method for Oil/Water Separation Efficiency of Diesel Engine Fuel Filters", tests the oil-water separation characteristics of fuel filters, and is used for testing the oil-water separation characteristics of automotive fuel filter products.

Fuel oil-water separation test bench👆
Equipment Composition
The test bench mainly consists of six parts: test cycle system, water injection system, test auxiliary system, online laser particle
size analyzer, Karl Fischer titration instrument, real-time temperature control system, electrical control system, and test bench rack.
Performance advantages:
01 High strength aluminum alloy design
The test bench is made of industrial grade high-strength aluminum alloy profiles, with a frame design that is compact in structure
and aesthetically pleasing in appearance. The tabletop and test oil tank are made of stainless steel brushed plates, and the test
pipelines are made of sanitary grade stainless steel pipes.
02 Intelligent Operation
Adopting industrial touch screen control, with manual and automatic operation modes. In automatic mode, after setting the test
parameters, one click testing can be performed, with sampling time reminders and real-time recording and storage of parameters
such as flow rate, temperature, pressure, and pressure difference under the current test for easy data retrieval.
03 Security Protection Guarantee
The test bench has abnormal alarm and automatic shutdown functions, and is designed with corresponding safety protection
measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the test system.
