The project proposes high standard circulating water treatment requirements for kiln cooling, molding 

cooling, and channel cooling systems. As the project contractor, Lefeldt adopts a turnkey engineering 

model and is fully responsible for:


01 System Design and Optimization

Based on the actual project requirements and process schematic, conduct in-depth optimization design 

to ensure that the system matches the end process water demand and guarantees overall operational efficiency.


02 Equipment Integration and Manufacturing

Strictly control the selection, manufacturing, and quality inspection of core equipment such as high-efficiency 

heat exchangers, circulating water pump units, precision filters, control systems, stainless steel water tanks, 

and pipeline valve systems. All equipment is brand new, mature, and reliable.


03 Construction, Installation, and Debugging

Technical personnel are stationed throughout the entire process, responsible for cable wiring, pipeline 

docking (within 1 meter of the wall of the circulating water station building), equipment installation, 

and system linkage debugging to ensure seamless connection of the project.


04 Final acceptance and delivery

Strictly conduct acceptance according to the technical agreement confirmed by both parties and relevant 

national standards, verify system performance based on actual operating conditions, and deliver a 

qualified operating system.

01 Intelligent Control System


  • The core adopts an industrial grade redundant PLC control system to ensure stable operation of the system 

in abnormal situations and avoid the risk of unplanned downtime.


  • Realize automatic measurement of circulating water flow, intelligent adjustment of primary and secondary 

supply and return water temperatures, and real-time pressure monitoring.


  • All key operating parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, conductivity, etc.) can be clearly 

displayed and controlled on the local touch screen, and can be seamlessly transmitted to the customer's 

central monitoring system through standard communication interfaces (such as Ethernet).


  • It has a complete automatic protection mechanism (such as phase loss, overload, undervoltage, short circuit, etc.) 

and sound and light alarm function (temperature abnormality, low pressure, liquid level exceeding limit, etc.).


  • Supports flexible manual/automatic mode switching, easy operation, and ensures reliable system operation.


02 High performance core equipment


◆ Efficient heat exchange unit: High quality stainless steel plate heat exchangers are selected to meet 

the heat exchange requirements of 1075KW (kiln forming system) and 450KW (channel system), ensuring 

efficient heat transfer and long-term stable operation.


◆ Reliable hydrodynamic system: The circulating water pump set adopts a one in use and one backup 

configuration, with key overcurrent components made of stainless steel material and equipped with 

variable frequency drive technology to accurately control flow rate (up to 120m ³/h) and head (80m), 

ensuring stable and efficient operation. High precision security filters are installed after the pump to 

effectively intercept impurities.


◆ System pressure and cleanliness assurance: The entire set of circulating water pipelines and valves are 

made of high-quality stainless steel material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and ensures pure 

water quality. The stainless steel water tank is designed scientifically and equipped with a magnetic flap 

level gauge and automatic water replenishment function, effectively preventing backflow impact.


◆ Precision sensing instrument: The system integrates high-precision instruments such as pressure sensors, 

temperature sensors, flow meters, conductivity meters, and differential pressure transmitters to ensure 

real-time and accurate feedback of operating data.


03 Multiple Security Protection Design


◆ Emergency power guarantee: Innovatively add an independent emergency power unit to each of the kiln 

forming and channel cooling systems. In the event of a main pump failure, automatic start-up or uninterrupted 

switching can be achieved to meet continuous production requirements and provide effective safety redundancy.


◆ System protection design: A pressure relief protection device is installed at the equipment outlet to effectively 

prevent water supply pressure fluctuations from affecting the production process. The main equipment of the 

system adopts a modular design (excluding the water tank), with a compact structure that is easy to transport, 

install, and maintain in the later stage.
