01) The rated processing air volume reaches 13000Nm ³/min, matching the high air volume requirements of large blowers to ensure continuous and stable air supply
02) The filtration area covers 18900 square meters, combined with high-quality imported HV filter materials
from the United States, balancing filtration efficiency and service life.
03) The core function is to effectively intercept impurities, prevent dust from entering the interior of
the fan from the source, and help reduce equipment wear and failure risks.

1) Three level filtration system: step-by-step filtration, effectively controlling dust.
The pre filter screen prioritizes intercepting large particles such as willow catkins and leaves to avoid
coarse impurities blocking the subsequent filtration process.
Junior high efficiency filter cotton effectively captures over 90% of dust, reduces the filtration load
on the main filter cartridge, and extends the service life of core components.
The high-efficiency filter cartridge achieves 1-2 μ m precision filtration, with an outlet air filtration
efficiency of 99.99%, providing a clean air supply environment for the fan.
2) Automatic Backblowing Cleaning: Automated operation, continuous operation.
Relying on PLC intelligent control, high-pressure airflow is started at regular intervals to blow back
and clean the surface of the filter cartridge, reducing the need for manual operation.
The cleaned dust automatically falls into the dust collection bin and is regularly discharged automatically.
The entire process is sealed to reduce maintenance workload.
3) Intelligent monitoring system: real-time monitoring, timely prompts
24-hour monitoring of key parameters such as pressure difference, temperature, humidity, etc., to
dynamically grasp the operating status of the filtration system.
When the pressure difference is abnormal, an alarm will be automatically triggered to promptly prompt
maintenance needs and avoid production being affected by filtration failure.
